Orders shipped on a Friday arrive on Monday unless Saturday shipment is specified at time of order. "Ship Tomorrow" orders placed on Friday or over the weekend are delivered Tuesday. "Ship Next Week" orders placed by Sunday will arrive by Wednesday, while "Ship Next Week" orders placed on a Monday will arrive by the following Wednesday (9 days later). Holidays will impact delivery schedule as they are not business days.
ZoomRP provides a 3D Printing service and produces product from files supplied by our customers. As we do not create the original design, ZoomRP cannot accept returns or guarantee that customer files are accurate and printable. ZoomRP warrantees quality of work produced and will evaluate issues on a case by case basis to determine if a product should be rebuilt, or a partial/ full refund is warranted for a particular job.
We accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express cards for payment. When you place an order, we are notified immediately of the transaction and email you a receipt. We place a hold on your card for the amount of the quote and hold the billing one to two weeks so changes can be made if there are issues with your files or selected product.
We offer highly secure online payment through one of the world’s most trusted online credit card gateways, PayPal. They will screen cards for authenticity and process the payment. Our shopping cart utilizes SSLA Secured 128-bit technology, which encrypts personal information before it is transmitted. At checkout, you will see the padlock icon on your browser, and the URL will start with "https://…" indicating that the SSLA is activated.
