ZoomRP's shipping promise assumes the following:
- Accurate STL files must be provided that will build properly. The correct unit of measure must be indicated with your quote. The file that you upload and quote is the file that we'll build.
- Files cannot be larger than 250MB.
- All orders are shipped via FedEx Priority overnight delivery - which is normally available within the continental United States. FedEx Priority typically delivers by 10:30 am to most U.S. addresses or by noon, 4:30 pm or 5:00 pm in remote areas. If FedEx overnight is not available for your area, you'll receive your order with the next available FedEx delivery.
- Correct shipping addresses must be submitted. We ship orders to the exact shipping address you indicate with the order. FedEx will not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
- ZoomRP.com currently ships only within the United States and Canada.
- Orders shipped to Canada may take extra time to clear customs.
- You place your order between Monday and Friday (Friday "Ship Today" orders ship on Friday for Monday delivery). Holidays may impact delivery.
- Smaller parts uploaded early in the day have a higher likelihood of qualifying for "Ship Today". You'll be notified by our quoting system if your part qualifies for a same-day build.
- Please Note: Holidays may impact delivery.
Ship Today*
- "Ship Today" orders ship the same day the order is placed. Orders arrive the next business day. For example, an order placed on Monday would arrive Tuesday morning.
- "Ship Today" orders must be placed before 5:00 pm EST between Monday and Friday. Friday "Ship Today" orders ship on Friday for Monday delivery. Weekend orders are available and will be treated as an order on the next business day.
- Smaller parts uploaded early in the day have a higher likelihood of qualifying for "Ship Today". You'll be notified by our quoting system if your part qualifies for "Ship Today".
Ship Tomorrow*
- "Ship Tomorrow" orders ship the next business day. Orders arrive 2 business days after the order was placed. For example, an order placed on Monday would arrive Wednesday morning.
- "Ship Tomorrow" orders must be placed before midnight EST between Monday and Friday. Weekend orders are available and will be treated as an order on the next business day.
- You'll be notified by our quoting system if your part qualifies for a "Ship Tomorrow".
Ship In 2 Days*
- "Ship in 2 Days" orders ship in 2 business days. Orders arrive 3 business days after the order was placed. For example, an order placed on Monday would arrive Thursday morning.
- "Ship in 2 Days" orders must be placed before midnight EST between Monday and Friday. Weekend orders are available and will be treated as an order on the next business day.
- You'll be notified by our quoting system if your part qualifies for "Ship in 2 Days".
Ship Next Week*
- "Ship Next Week" orders placed Sunday through Saturday will ship the Wednesday of the following week. Orders arrive 5-11 days after the order was placed. For example, an order placed on Monday would arrive the Thursday of the following week.
- "Ship Next Week" orders must be placed before midnight EST.
- You'll be notified by our quoting system if your part qualifies for "Ship Next Week".
*Available shipping options are dependent on a number of factors including order size, machine availability, order time and technology. Not all orders will qualify for "Ship Today" or even "Ship Tomorrow Shipping". We will communicate any shipping limitations through our Online Ordering System.
